We had a great time at the movies on Friday night seeing Hugo. We hate that everyone couldn't make it, but at least we got to read the book together! If you have seen the movie, please leave a comment whether you preferred the book or the movie. If you preferred the book, then tell us what the movie lacked. If you preferred the movie, tell us what you think the book lacked (other than popcorn!!).

the movie was ok.... but the book was WAY better. The book was more dramatic.

the movie was okay and for the first time im saying live on the news the book was better and more dramatic and detailed!!!!!!!!!!!
CLARE was almost yelling at the screen because it was nothing like the book, but i guess she did warn me.
BOOK all the way! The movie lacked the emoition and drama that the book had, it also cut out ALLOOOOOT of things, that REALLY need to be in there to make the movie flow correctly. It just seemed....Choppy to me. If you ask me, thumbs DOWN
oh and the book was way better and deatiled
at least the maker tride his best.My home bound teacher said his children had to talk the guy into making the movie,so his children could actually watch the movie.
